Forrest Yoga was created by Ana Forrest who used yoga to overcome many challenges such as child abuse, an eating disorder, and drug addiction. She devised this system that gets in there & gets it done, all in a compassionate manner.
Every class you’ll get breath work, core work like no other, and the poses are held a bit longer to allow the body to really explore and get into them. Each class is different and tailored to what your body needs for that day.
T. Helen offers a safe place for you to explore on your own journey. Her classes are taught with compassion, laughter, and realism. All accompanied with yummy hands on assists!
